URGENTLY NEEDED :Direct Sales Agent

DTH  (direct to the home) – RM1,800  (RM 1,500 + RM 300 Chinese Language Allowance)

IPTV – RM 2,400 (RM2,100 + RM300 Chinese Language Allowance)

Commission: Basic + Commission plus additional incentives – more than RM 5,000 (every customer that signed up, commission is given).

Scope

· Secure new Astro subscribers by identifying and engaging potential customers via indoor and outdoor activities.

· Provide existing and potential customers with clear & accurate information on all Astro services.

· Manage promotional booths at all Astro events.

Requirements

· On-Job Training, Buddy System, classroom Training.

· Requirements  SPM/Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent.

· Experience in dealing with all levels of staff and management.

· Team player, organised, good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Able to handle outdoor sales i.e. door to door and shopping malls.

· Able to travel on daily basis from one spot to another.

· Possess your own transport.

· Able to work long hours 10-12 hours a day / 6 days.
