London: Seorang lelaki dihadapkan ke mahkamah semalam atas tuduhan mengadakan seks dengan tilam.

Dalam keterangannya kepada Mahkamah Majistret di Derry, seorang anggota polis berkata, dia menemui lelaki yang pernah didapati bersalah atas tuduhan seks, berbogel dari pinggang ke bawah.

Sambil menonton filem porno menerusi pemain DVD, dia melakukan gerakan seks dengan tilam di tempat letak kereta sebuah rumah orang tua di bandar itu awal pagi Sabtu lalu.

Martin Gregory Coll, 52, dihadapkan ke mahkamah atas dua tuduhan berkait dengan kejadian itu.

Selain dituduh berkelakuan tidak senonoh, dia juga berdepan tuduhan ‘melakukan perbuatan lucah dan menjijikkan sehingga mencetuskan kemarahan orang awam dengan menonton filem porno secara terbuka sambil mengadakan seks dengan tilam ketika berbogel.’

Sarjan polis itu memberitahu Hakim Peter King, defendan dijatuhi hukuman tertunda minggu lalu kerana mencuri tabung dari sebuah depoh bas dilihat memasuki kawasan rumah orang tua berkenaan menerusi pintu belakang, jam 5 pagi.- Agensi

Homeless man sprung having sex with mattress in car park of old people’s home.

A 52-year-old homeless man enjoying vigorous sex with a mattress is not necessarily what upset Derry police officers.

What forced them to spring into action was the fact that Martin Gregory Coll was getting it on with the mattress in a public car park, directly outside an old people’s home, and watching porn with the volume turned up on a portable DVD player.

Derry magistrates’ court heard all the sordid details as Coll, of no fixed address, faced the music for his pre-dawn urges.

Police told the court that arresting officers observed Coll walking into the rear car park of the Lavery Fold retirement home around 5am on Saturday morning.

Following him into the car park, the officers heard what they described as sex noises coming from behind a fence in the car park. When they located Coll, they found him partially undressed, watching pornography on a hand-held DVD player, and thrusting on the mattress.

The court heard: ‘[Coll] was laying on a mattress naked from the waist down with his trousers and underwear down by his ankles, and he was simulating sex with the mattress. A number of residents in the old peoples’ home were awake at the time but they did not want to make a statement to the police.’

Coll was charged with offences relating to indecent behaviour, committing an lewd act, and public nudity.

The Mirror reported that Coll had a list of 72 prior convictions, including four sex offences. His criminal record was cited as a reason why he could not find hostel accommodation.

Coll was sentenced to four months’ jail, suspended for two years.
