Galaxy Tab S play store & notifications not working

Aku da x tau nk tnye kat mane. Cube nasib kt cni..  Harap korg blh tolong aku... aku baru je beli sam
sung tab s ni.. masalah ak ni jadi lbh kurang 2 minggu after aku beli tab ni..
Masalahnye tab ak ni x blh receive notification email, fb, wassap, wechat, etc.. Ape2 notification online. Ak kena bukak app tu baru notification masuk. Contoh bukak wassap baru notification kuar. Klau x bukak smpi bebile ak x tau ad wasap masuk... Tp kalau mesej blh plak masuk atau ape2 notification yg x membabitkan line tenet.. ak da puas explore setting smpi x tau nak cek lat mana lg.. annoying sungguh.. FYI line tenet ak ok je.. even guna wifi pon tetap x masuk..

Nak tambah lg 1 masalah.. play store ak pon cam haram jadah x leh download n update anything.. ak dah try search prob ni kat tenet..
Antara solution bukak setting --> app --> play store --> clear cache then force stop.. klau x berjaya gak clear data.. sume dah bt tp x jd gak..
Anyone pls help me!!!

tp pastikan bekap dlu gamba bideo data sume

1) Power off the device.
2) Press 'Home' , "Up-Volume", and "Power" buttons at the same time.
3) Once you see samsung logo, release the buttons. This will load the Recovery Menu.
4) Once here (using volume button) move down to "wipe data/factory reset" and press the "Power" button.
5) (Using volume button) move down to the "Yes -- delete all user data" and press the "Power" button.

This will do a hard reset of the device.

Ooooo...ok.. i'll try nnt.. its ok ke nak wat camtu pd gadget yg baru beli.. ade efek lain x nnt??..

Bertabahlah... this is my 2nd tab after loosing my ipad mini...
Skrg ni merindui my ipad bile prob camni jd....

Tapi masa tau jer hilang cepat set fikiran yang bukan rezeki aku... so masa confirm ngan member suruh check kereta yang pakai tu memang dah selamat so fikiran dan hati leh terima la...walaupun...

Ok... masalah ak masih x setel.. @cmf_death ak masih x reset lg.. takot la data sume ilang.. nak donlot balik apps leceh..
setelah beberapa kali experimen ak mendapati bile ak connect wifi ak boleh dpt notification n boleh donlot kat play store. Masalahnye bile ak guna data mmg bnda tu sume x blh. Notification x masok.. donlot pon x blh. Bukan je x blh donlot kat play store tp nak donlot pdf kat website pon x blh..

so skrg ni masalah data plan ak ke ek??.. pls help me...

Speed ok je.. lgpon arini 1hb data baru masuk..hehe
So cmne klau data yg prob.. ak kna deal ngn data provider ak ke? X de kna mengena ngan tab ak la ni ea?

Ye lah TT.. Meols baru perasan... pas hilang hari tu hati dah meluwap2 tutup mata jer sambor sebijik lagi...

Bila TT highlight ni baru perasan.. tapi meols kay notification ada cuma kat app icon tak notify maksuk klu kita tarik dari atas memang nampak notification tapi from apps icon tak kluar nombor update cam whatsapp atau telegram

Problem kat FB, IG yang lain tgh check..

Bantuan kemanusiaan diperlukan...

Camner nak update Whatsapp dalam tab s 8.4 ni bila server hantar notification utk update dia kata device not compatible...
