Jom Share Tips Gaya Pemakanan Sihat ;D

Salam semua....

baru2 ni...manja sedar yg diet harian manja x brape nak "mnyihatkan"
manja ade tgk youtube org cucuk tanam sayur & buah-buahan dekat rumah sendiri..
mat salleh2..ni...la..seolah2 dh jadi trend...makanan organik...kata nye...lebih baik..xde chemicals..dll..

since hari tu..manja teringin nak berubah...
so far..ade buat perubahan..kecil je...xde la sampai cucuk tanam sayur mayur sendiri...

1- lauk goreng yg kerap..nak selang seli dgn lauk sup...(cth sup ikan..sup ayam)

2- sup2 ni pulak...x nak pakai/kurangkan guna kiub maggi ke knorr....(kira garam+halia+bwg putih je dh ckup...tasty)

3- makan 2 buah sehari....(kalau bleh sblum makan..ikut sunnah nabi...tp...susah skit nak ubat habit mkn buah as desert )

4- tambahkan fire intake ( x suke fibre...tp makan jgk...skali skala..contoh : roti maximo...munchi's oat crunch dll)

5- replace snack2 mcm potato chips..ke...dll...dgn kerepek pisang ke..keropok ikan ke...dll...(ade beza ke? ..)

6- minum 8 gelas air sehari...

7- kurangkan makan coklat replace dgn makanan lain yg ade coklat...( better ke mcm ni?...)

ok so far...manja cube follow list ni...

mcm mana pulak dgn u allz...harap u allz pun bleh share...baru la semangat..skit...share ramai2...
kalau sorg2...lemah pulak iman ni...
