Birthday present apa ye? Tolong suggest!

Hai forumers Cari.
Next month my wife punya birthday. I was thinking nak belikan dia cincin emas. Atau tab (she has been longing for tablet).
So you guys boleh bagi suggestion tak? I wont buy both. Budget cukup untuk satu barang je.
Please advise.
