Description
MTK logger utility is a maintenance utility for Bluetooth capable GPS loggers that use the MTK II (GPS) chip. It provides for:
* download of the log file in binary format, and generation of a GPX file from the download
* configuration of the information recorded in the log file
* configuration of the track point recording frequency
* updating the Assisted GPS (AGPS) data
This app was tested with a Qstarz Q1000x GPS logger, a Samsung Note running Android 4.1.2., and a Samsung S4 mini running Android 4.2.2. The GPS settings screen exceeds Androids' recommendation for screen elements but there isn't a logical way to break this into several screens. This eliminates phones with a screen size lower than 480x800 and code is in place to stop the app.
Please provide feedback on phone and GPS logger combinations that work, and also combinations that do not work. Thanks. |
