murah...... ko kasik cat baru....

sumbat peti ais & mesin basuh....

Aku yg baru kawen ni pun ngh carik rumah sekitar RM500 ...

sewa rumah transit DBKL... RM250 saja

Guideline dia kat kawasan keliling KL ni sewa rm500 boleh dpt flat kos rendah.

flat KL kalau lipat, boleh sewa RM1000 sebulan

Kalau pinjam RM42,000, bayar balik RM42,000, mcmana bank nak tanggung operasi, nak bayar gaji pekerja, sewa bangunan, api-air, peralatan pejabat, etc? Itu belum masuk bab inflasi lagi. Kita bayar dlm masa puluh tahun. Berapa byk berlaku susut nilai matawang dlm tempoh itu.

Perbankan islam pun bayar lebih. Malah lebih tinggi dari bank conventional.
