JobDescription :-

  • Handling inbound calls and e-mails regarding hotel reservation and enquiries.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answering of all incoming correspondences with regards to hotel reservation.
  • Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations by phone, fax, mail, internally and through corporate reservations centre or travel agencies.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • To explain guarantee, special rate and cancellation policies to callers.




Job Requirements:-

  • SPM /Diploma/Degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in Reservations Department/ Hotel or as a Customer Service /Telemarketing.
  • Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills required.
  • Must able to start immediately.
  • 5 Full time positions available.
