JobDescription :-
Handling inbound calls ande-mails regarding hotel reservation and enquiries. Ensure prompt and accurateanswering of all incoming correspondences with regards to hotel reservation. Process all reservation requests,changes and cancellations by phone, fax, mail, internally and through corporatereservations centre or travel agencies. Good interpersonal andcommunication skills. To explain guarantee, specialrate and cancellation policies to callers.
Job Requirements:-
SPM/Diploma/Degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in Reservations Department/Hotel or as a Customer Service /Telemarketing . Computerliterate and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiencyin spoken and written English. Excellentlistening and comprehension skills required. - Mustable to start immediately.
