JobDescriptions:

• To assist guests in makingreservations; provide customer service and assist with problem resolution in aprofessional manner.
• Identify the guests background byadjusting selling skills to generate new sales opportunities.
• Perform after call work inaccordance to the set procedures with zero defect.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• SPM / Diploma / Degree in any fieldwith 1 year experience in Customer Service/Call Centre field.
• Excellent communication skills inEnglish, both spoken & written.
• Pleasant interactive personalitywith good customer service skills.
• MUST be able to work on shifts,weekends and Public Holidays.
• Fresh Graduates without workingexperience are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work within Kuala Lumpurand only open to MALAYSIAN citizen only.
