JobDescriptions:
To assist guests in makingreservations; provide customer service and assist with problem resolution in aprofessional manner. Identify the guests background byadjusting selling skills to generate new sales opportunities. Perform after call work inaccordance to the set procedures with zero defect.
Job Requirements:
SPM / Diploma / Degree in any fieldwith 1 year experience in Customer Service/Call Centre field. Excellent communication skills inEnglish, both spoken & written. Pleasant interactive personalitywith good customer service skills. MUST be able to work on shifts,weekends and Public Holidays. Fresh Graduates without workingexperience are encouraged to apply. Willing to work within Kuala Lumpurand only open to MALAYSIAN citizen only.
