Responsibilities:
· Prepare,compile and sort documents for data entry
· Check sourcedocuments for accuracy
· Verify dataand correct data where necessary
· Obtainfurther information for incomplete documents
· Update dataand delete unnecessary files
· Combine andrearrange data from source documents where required
· Enter datafrom source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
Requirements:
· Diploma /Degree holder with or without experience.
· Accuratekeyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.
· Proficientin relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
· Knowledge ofclerical administrative procedures.
· Highattention to detail and able to work under pressure.
