Kwn aku nih bdn besar...tapi bukan lah super obess...dia sakit slip disc....sampai sukarkn pergeraka ...

Kalau duduk area Klang Valley, boleh cuba pakcik ni.
Dia ni mmg mengubat slip disc SAHAJA. Patah, mengurut ke tak ada.

Apek eksiden+jatuh terhentak tangga besi, bertahun-tahun sakit.

Aku ni blom la umo 40 tahun lagi tp aku da byk kali tukar kerja sbb kena jaga parents yg sakit.
For the past 10 years aku x pnh keje dgn gomen. Aku keje dgn swasta & aku bleh ckp walaupun kau loyal dgn company & performance kau bagus, kau exceeded target sume, tapi bila kau sakit atau kau ada family problem ke apa jgn harap company nak bertimbang rasa.

Aku pnh minta bertukar department, minta bertukar ke branch yg lbh dkt dgn rmh in case apa2 berlaku dkt parents aku sempat nak drive balik - tapi haram branch manager aku nak approved kan.

Nak berckp dgn HR - silakan. Tp aku nak bg tau yg HR ni sebenarnye bukan bekerja utk staff. HR bekerja utk company. Staff je yg igt HR tu adalah utk staff. Sebenarnye tidak. End up boleh nmpk HR akan suggest kita utk keluar dr company tu. So itu yg jadi kat aku. Dlm 10 thn ni aku da keje dgn 4 company yg berbeza. Aku tukar kerjaya yg jauh menyimpang dr qualification. Mmg xde pilihan sbb aku anak tunggal.

Sesetengah company yg aku pergi prefer ambil senior staff. Ada company yg x nak & prefer staff muda. Kalau abag tu nak ikut cara aku - tukar la bidang kerjaya. Staff lelaki masih ada demand lg dkt mana2 tempat pun. Tapi gaji  & benefits x boleh nak demand. Asalkan lepas overhead cost cukup la. Aku tau banker byk staff perks. Sbb tu mrk demand staff yg boleh kerja all out & sihat walafiat sentiasa.

Siapa yg ckp HR bekerja utk staff? Bgtau company mana yg staff byr gaji HR? Semua pekerja x kira apa department pun dibayar oleh company & agreement tu ada dlm appointment letter yg setiap pekerja dpt before bekeja.

Kena ingat kita semua jual service pd company ikut hours agreeable between 2 parties. Kita dibyr so nothing personal. profitable organization mmg mcm tu, so tak perlu ckp loyal performer etc then company kena jaga kebajikan etc. Unless kerja kat gomen. Utk private as long as company provide kebajikan ikut law then its good enough.

bergantung pada company juga kot..

sejak aku ddk kat company aku ni 10 tahun dah..mana yg sakit kritikal tu aku perasan laa company treat elok sampai pergi selagi ade daya.

Yg paling kronik aku nengok, dr kerja lab dia ni sakit kencing manis teruk..pergi ke admin..lps tu kencing manisnya tu membawa sampai buta, pindahkan jadi operator.. sakit on off kejap dtg kejap tak..sampai laa pergi. rasanya tgh apply socso untuk pencen ilat kot tapi meninggal sebelum dpt approval.

huhuhuhu

sebab tu kene jaga kesihatan.

kesian.

1) suruh dia dapatkan surat dari doktor tentang simptom yg dialami, bawa surat tu jumpa HR minta tukar ke jawatan lain yg lebih sesuai utk keadaan yg dialami. kalau boleh jgn berhenti sebab ekonomi tak menentu.  
2) mcm ada yg post sini, claim perkeso.

3) lain cara, bisnes kecilan... cendol, nasi lemak, burger, makanan, apa2 yg boleh jana duit.

dari story TT, tahap sukar utk dia kekal bertahan di department yg sama. kena sediakan payung dah ni.

Kat sini aku nak bg tau la - utk fresh graduate mcm aku (dulu) mmg aku fikirkan HR akan bantu staff. Bukan la bekerja utk staff. Tapi at least kebajikan staff tu HR akan monitor. Aku yakin ramai ramai je fresh graduate atau pn senior staff yg ada fikiran mcm aku. Until aku da involved sendiri dgn HR baru aku tau sebenarnye function HR tu. Plus parents aku pun keje dgn gomen, so environment aku ni mmg nmpk HR berpihak pd staff.


Kau kira bertuah la sbb didedahkan dgn hakikat HR tu sejak mula bekerja. Tp bkn semua org bertuah mcm chuols ye..

sleep apnea bukan dah jatuh category permanent disability ke? cuba tanya jemaah doktor.

ada pilot kena terminate sb dah tak feet nk bawak kapal terbang. dia ckp nk claim insurans utk permanent disability.

aku tgk dia sihat je tubuh badan. ye la aku ingat dia hilang anggota badan ke apa. bila aku baca report doktor dia, dia sleep apnea dan dikategori permanent disability oleh doktor.

elok je aku tgk insurans byr claim dia tu. so btul le tu kot sleep apnea tu kategori permanent disability.

Wow what an arrogant statement.

Mmg la SEMUA pekerja dibayar gaji by companies tapi x semua comp operate that way.

Comp aku keje ni paid full salary to my colleague for 6 mnths n half mnth salary for a yr bila dia sakit.

Sekarang ni elok jer dia dah keje semula.

And sorang lagi kwn aku pun dpt cuti for 3 mnths as she was trying to get pregnant.

U see, not all companies are like that.

Adoi of cos akan ada period yg company akan support those eligible staff. Sbb tu ada prolong illness & medical board process.
Apa yg aku comment kat atas tu just utk highlight HR role dlm any organization.

Nnt once aku free aku elaborate psl employee yg ada medical case & how HR usually work on that kind of cases.
Tak payah nk sentap sgt...be open ok. Ada benda yg hgpa cuma nmpk surface HR x tlg itu ini

Nothing personal, mcm hg yg share opinion sama jgk dgn aku. Process utk medical case byk jer boleh bt, but dont expect setiap org akan diberi priority yg sama.

Semua simptom2 yg dinyatakan kat atas ni sebiji mcm team mate  aku sorang ni. Semua match dgn team mate aku  kecuali bab diabetic. Cuma aku kurang skit simpati kat dia pasa ketara dia mmg suka ngelat buat kerja

Hrp kawan ko dpt jmp jln kuaryg adil utk semja pihak

Oh my god....harini abg ashraff btol2 meletop...sampai kn semua org terperanjat..abisss tray kat meja boss aku terbang...abis laaa..this is getting worst...aku pun tak pasti apa puncanyer sbb td tgah break p zohor kjap...tp terperanjat la dgo bebudak opis  kecoh2...pastuh aku terserempak dia keluar dr bilik boss n dia terus keluar...terus tak balik opis...aku try mesej tak jawab...Allahhh..sedihnyer...knp la sampai jd mcm nih..aku rasa mesti boss aku ckp bnda tak patut hingga menjentik soal maruah dier...i think he is not belong here anymore...so sad!! Pointless if he is stay....
