Communication is about basic understanding or at the very least the ability to grasp the utterence of words or sentences......of the other party....but of course in diction of the same language....
Manak ambik contoh......Robinsky kalau berbahasa inggeris, bunyik jerman.....Hanah pulak bunyik sepanyol, Sarhmirza bunyik Arab Yahudi ..sebab dia dulu duduk kat padang pasir lama....DAN last but not least Si COBBLER...terus takda bunyik.......
My point is we have to learn not just about the language...but the multiple varieties or ways/ intonations in which The language can be verbalize.....
at the end of the day Bak kata hantu mak limah......"the importance of ENGLISH EDUCATION........"
