Anyway i'm currently playing this tactical rpg game called Generation Of Chaos 4 .... very hard cause i'm in the second year now where i have to battle 3 enemies and i only have 7 people.. man 7 versus all the 40 enemies with 9000 lives ... my heroin only got 5000 lives...
Just when my PS2 gives problem, a lot of game developers decides to release their strategy games <_< Annoying.
I have not finished Disgaie, and a few others came out.

currently Idea Factory haven't made their minds yet on converting this game into english ..
Japanese Tactics games ... never played in Japanese version before. Maybe I should try it.

Hmm.... does your ps2 makes the clock clock sound ... have u tried to do the double disc method ... u know adding 1 disc at the top of the disc.

I guess they just wanted to make another Megaman Battle Network version of the game. But the previous Megaman RPG (Megaman Legends) on the PSOne is good, minus the blocky graphics of course. |

I think Megaman will be better if they can revert back to the basic good storyline from MX1-4. The sequels just gets sillier. They should focus more on the conflict of humans and reploids and the dilemma that Megaman and Zero had to face in destroying its one of its own kind to save the humans.
The best installment so far is the Megaman Zero series. Have u played it on the GBA or the GBA emulator. It's better than the X series. |

He's not megaman. He's Megaman's friend Zero (the same one from the MX Series). In the Megaman Zero series, Megaman died and someone else has assume the role of Megaman (the evil version) and many years has passsed since chaos reigns. A group of rebels stumble upon the remains of Zero and ask him to help them to take on the evil Megaman.
It was until the end, that Zero discovers what really happened to Megaman. The world is darker in this game and the violence is high too. |

Yeah ... you better not. Shadow Hearts 2 is one of the games I'm eagerly waiting. Koudelka (PS1) and Shadow Hearts 1 was good and everyone (who played SH2) says it is better than those two.
As for storyline ... I never rush at anything, especially when comes to RPG and Tactics. Slow and steady as I go along and absorb the story. Tactics games usually have simple storyline, not too complicated so it shouldn't be hard to understand.

Koudelka was made by a break-away team from Squaresoft who named themselves Sacnoth (if not mistaken). They probably combined with other company and came out with Azure which produced Shadow Hearts 1 and 2.

Becareful with your hardwares ... human factors are one of the main reasons why a lot of machines spoilt easily. I probably will be sending my PS2 for upgrade next month ... hopefully.

I brought La Puccelle last saturday ... haven't test it yet. The graphic on the back of the cover seems to be same to that of Disgaea.
I think Disgaea went by the name "Makai" in Japan because a friend of mine send the game's MP3 collection to me and it has the name "Makai" on it.
and also i've seen troy..... man this movie is a ok....
Nope ... didn't watch it yet. I think I will be pokai for the rest of the month.

Don't push the machine too hard. Machines, unlike humans have limits, you know. I suggest you buy a PS1 as well and you can play game in one console while giving the other time to "rest". That's what I do ... maybe that's why my PS2 worked well for almost 2 years without need for modification.
The tutorials are so annoying..
Listen to it ... in most times, tutorials could save your gameplay.
..... maybe if i got time i see shrek 2....

I check several places ... it arranges from $180 to $250. I think of getting the lower price one since I will be facing a low financial situation for the next couple of month. Probably send for modification next month.

Let me test the game first before commenting. Disgaea is good, the game was a bit freshing compared to other more serious type of Strategy games like FFT and Orge Battles (PS1, but you can get them for ROM version in CD nowadays).
