I want to share my experience online purchase China goods

- Salam... Mar... nama saya Sofia... Umo 32, Anak sorang, -/+3 tahun... sekarang keje kat Gombak (private) and hubby keje Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang (LPP) Jalan Duta... Nice to meet u... Kitorang dapat beli rumah kat Ariel pon bernasib baik je...
Hubby pegi survey2 kat PKNS and diorang cakap ada dua unit rumah Kota Puteri (Ariel) loan tak lulus... so rumah org yg loan tak lulus tu di'open' balik olek PKNS... tuah kitorang dapat satu unit... yg satu lagi tu ada couple lain beli.. terus hubby booking last May haritu.... status skrg, yg lain semua dah setel, tengah tunggu kunci... so kitorang takde la dapat rebate 10K tu... huhu,... takde rezeki... tapi takpe la..dapat rumah tu pon alhamdulillah... lane 5/12 tu mmg tak ramai lagi yg duduk... ada 3/4 rumah je rasanya... plannye, kalo dah dapat kunci nanti nak start buat apa yg patut la... last week pegi tengok rumah.. sliding door tak kunci rupanya, terkejut jugak... kitorang masuk dalam tengok ada la several kerosakan... toilet flush tank pecah,marble retak, siling terkeluar, dan nampak ada sarang anai-anai... ermmm..byk jugak nak kena buat tu... Mar dulu byk tak buat? Mintak tolong Mar share sikit experience Mar dgn saya... nanti boleh bajet-bajet... so far ni pon mmg saya ada buat budgeting jugak, based on forum member punye experience... ( yg penting, i'Allah tak guna Hamka...
