【325華教救亡運動】
董总于 2012 年 2 月 26 日召开的新闻发布会上表明，董总决定举办抗议大会展开华教救亡运动。吁请各界人士动员起来，积极响应和支持 3 月 25 日进行的抗议大会，强烈要求政府立即调走派到华小的不具华文资格教师，制度化全面及早日解决华小师资短缺问题。
（一）华小师资短缺问题30多年来从没获得解决，反而更加严重，令华小没安宁过。政府既无诚意又没决心解决华小师资短缺问题，漠视了华社的心声和不满。
（二）董总强调，1996年教育法令规定华小的主要教学媒个语是华语。教育部别有用心地派遣不具华文资格教师到华小，不但违反教育法令，而且是在贯彻单元教育政策，企图蚕食和变质华小，并会对华小的教学和行政造成负面及严重的后果。
（三）1996 年教育法令规定政府必须负责为华小提供小学教育。华小是我国教育体系的主要一环，必须获得公平合理对待。董总强烈要求政府制订和公布制度化全面解决华小师资短缺的方案和时间表，尽速并有效解决此问题。
（四）董总决定举行抗议大会展开求亡运动，并将与朝野政党对话，同时联络各华团、华教组织和其他组织，为捍卫华小奋斗到底。
请大家踊跃出席，也请注意及遵守大会发出的325華教救亡運動注意事項：
1．此次抗議大會主題明確：“325華教救亡運動——華小師資嚴重短缺抗議大會”，目的為：
a．向各界人士公開匯報有關事態的發展
b．要求政府立即調走派到華小的不具華文資格教師
c．促請政府立即解決華小師資嚴重短缺問題
2．與會者必須要明確的認識到，這是一個超越政黨，且由董總發起及組織的大會。
3．與會者應注意安全，聽從指揮，和平集會，避免出現焚燒、辱罵、暴力等任何違背和平原則的事情發生。
4．避免在集會時與他人辱罵、挑釁或做出任何不雅舉措；若發現任何可疑人物與事件，請向主辦單位或現場糾察人員報告。
5．禁止攜帶任何武器、利器等危險品或各種投擲物、易燃物或爆裂物。如發現有人攜帶，請立即向主辦單位或現場糾察人員報告。
6．生病者或身體不適者應避免出席。
7．請不要在人群裡吸煙。
8．與會者可自帶標語牌、橫幅等宣傳品。不過，現場的布條必須獲得大會秘書處的認可，且由秘書處張掛及派發。
9．主辦單位將在會場準備足夠的飲用水和乾糧，並提供雨衣（如下雨）。
10．與會者應儘早抵達大會地點，避免交通擁擠。
11．請勿在場上亂丟垃圾。
12．散會後，請與會者有秩序地、有條不紊的離開集會地點。
13．與會者需要準備的以下事項／物品：
a．大馬卡
b．勿穿戴不便行動的衣服
c．患有哮喘病以及其他疾病者，須自備呼吸器及藥物。
