（吉隆坡4日讯）由于不满选举改革遴选特别委员会报告，净选盟 2.0 今日宣布，将于本月 28 日下午2时，在吉隆坡独立广场举行净选盟 3·0 大集会。净选盟今日发表一份声明指出，净选盟将与 84 个组织举办 3.0 大集会，其主题为“静坐抗议”，要求政府落实该组织曾提出的 8 大诉求。这8项诉求，分别是：
① 净化选民册、
② 改革邮寄选票、
③ 采用不退色墨汁、
④ 自由与公平使用媒体、
⑤ 21天竞选期、
⑥ 强化公共机构与制度、
⑦ 杜绝贪污及、
⑧ 停止肮脏政治。
净选盟联合主席沙末赛益今早在隆雪华堂召开记者会上，正式宣布这项消息。除了独立广场，净选盟也会在全国各地同步举行集会。净选盟认为，虽然特委会报告提出一些良好的措施，惟整体上无法满足净选盟的要求。
“我们希望，特委会确保来届大选干净及公平，特委会提出的多项建议及净选盟的8大诉求皆可在第13届全国大选前落实。不过，政府对于在大选前落实这些建议的要求却充耳不闻。”
净选盟指出，政府不认真看待选举欺诈的指控及海外选民投票的权利被拒，显示政府无意确保来届大选的干净与公正。
“这令我们相信，来届大选是最肮脏的一次，选举委员会未能尽责及失信于人民，他们必须辞职。”
该组织吁请人民参与全国及世界各地的静坐抗议，以显示他们不满政府操纵选举机制。
“我们将于4月28日，下午2时至4时，在独立广场聚集，全马及全世界各地也会同步举行集会。”
