坚信以下八个方面必须全面检讨及改革：
A. 选举制度
- i. 执政党以64%选票取得91%席位的强烈不平均的情况必须纠正。这是“单一选区相对多数” (First-Past-the-Post)选制的本质，以及选区划分不均与不公的结果。
- ii. 选举制度必须引进不分区政党代表制（party list representation），以便能要求各政党从被歧视的社群中提名足够的候选人。作为阶段性措施，各政党在每一个立法机构所提名的候选人应该最少有30%是女性。
- iii. 都会、城市、乡村各级的地方政府选举必须恢复，并实行自由与公平的选制，以让国人有效参与。
B. 选举行政事务
- i. 选举委员会现有组织架构并无法确保其独立性，因此必须朝向由各政党委派代表组成的方向改革，效法许多新兴民主国家。
- ii. 国际及国内选举观察员的权利，必须立法承认与保障。
C. 政党及候选人提名 – 这些弊端必须更正:
- i. 社团注册官（ROS）任意使用权力，使到某些政党在寻求注册上无理受阻，如马来西亚社会主义党(PSM)及马来西亚达雅大会党(MDC)。
- ii. 选举官偏私与无理的决策，使到在野党候选人被不公平地取消资格。
- iii. 上届订立的新条款，让候选人可以在提名后宣布退出，引发了一些候选人被指责贿赂以便能不战而胜的争议。
- iv. 我国的选举保证金可能是全球最昂贵的，导致缺乏资源的马来西亚公民包括妇女和弱势群体对竞选却步。
D. 竞选活动 – 立法保护以下几项:
- i. 最低竞选期必须合理，绝不能像上届大选只有毫无意义的8天
- ii. 宪法保障的言论及集会自由必须能真正实践。
- iii. 竞选基金必须有效管理并透明，以杜绝贿赂事件。
- iv. 政府必须强制并援助政党培训女性与弱势团体的候选人，以及性别敏感度培训。
E. 媒体
- i. 废除现今造成国阵集团垄断印刷及传播媒体的媒体法律。
- ii. 立法规定，所有政党可以免费运用国营电视台及电台，并以付费或免费方式公平使用私营媒体。
- iii. 立法规定，保障所有政党及候选人在媒体回应其所面对地指责与批评的权利。
- iv. 国家拨款，让平面、电子与网络媒体的新闻从业员接受选举报道的训练。
F. 看守政府
- i. 当国会及州议会解散后，即将卸任的政府不得参与任何实质性的政策或发展的决定。
- ii. 立法制裁任何滥用国家资源或机器于竞选活动或政党目标的行为。
G. 选民册
- i. 选民册必须经常更新及保持精确，以避免；
- (1) 选民名字被革除或非自愿式地转换投票区域。
- (2)幽灵选民冒充、重复投票。
- ii. 所有合格选民自动登记成为选民。
- iii. 选民册的准备与更新必须全面透明，并且受司法程序制约。
H. 投票
- i. 投票过程使用无法擦除的墨水，以避免重复投票事件发生。
- ii. 由于现今的处理方式非常不可靠及不隐秘，因此建议废除邮寄投票方式，只允许外交官及身处外地的选民运用这种方式投票。
