香港明报报道马法潜水艇回佣案！

一份来自香港的《明报》报道，一间香港公司卷入法国军火商涉嫌贿赂马来西亚首相纳吉的案件，正接受法国司法部调查。
随着法国巴黎大审法院正在调查马来西亚向法国购买潜水艇回佣案，早前香港媒体工作者在网站揭露，疑有3600万欧元通过一家香港公司转账给纳吉及其友人，香港媒体亦关注潜水艇案件。
日前《明报》跟踪报道这起案件，证实涉案的香港公司其中一名董事是阿都拉萨。
报道称，外电引述司法部文件指，法国军火公司DCNS年前向马来西亚出售三艘潜艇，涉及款项逾1.44亿欧元（15亿港元），其中3600万欧元（3.66亿港元）疑通过一家香港公司转到时任马来西亚国防部长纳吉及其友人手上。
《明报》在这则标题为“港公司卷入马首相3亿贿案 潜艇交易涉落格 法司法不调查”报道称，经过该报查证，这家香港公司——Terasasi的两名董事为阿都拉萨（Abdul Razak Baginda）和阿都慕林（Abdul Mulim Baginda），两人报称地址均为吉隆坡，而公司位于湾仔骆克道的地址，则为秘书公司。

Ketika kes pengambilan komisen pembelian kapal selam masih dalam siasatan mahkamah Perancis, pengamal media Hong Kong mendedahkan melalui laman internet bahawa 36 juta euro disyaki telah disalurkan kepada Najib dan rakannya melalui sebuah syarikat Hong Kong.
Kini, media Hong Kong, Ming Pao mulai mengikuti perkembangan kes ini, malah mengesahkan bahawa Abdul Razak adalah salah seorang pengarah syarikat Hong Kong tersebut.
Ming Pao, sebuah akbar yang dimiliki Tiong Hiew King, tycoon Malaysia, telah melaporkan pada 7 April 2012, bahawa sebuah syarikat Hong Kong diheret dalam kes ini, di mana sebuah syarikat Perancis disyaki menyogok Najib Razak, Perdana Menteri Malaysia sekarang, yang menyandang jawatan Menteri Pertahanan ketika kes ini berlaku.
Menurut laporannya, yang memetik sebuah agensi berita, bahawa syarikat DCNS telah menjual tiga kapal selam kepada Malaysia sebelum ini, dan 36 juta euro disyaki telah disalurkan kepada Najib dan rakannya, melalui sebuah syarikat Hong Kong.
