《 第3只眼看独立调查团 》

早前指控「428 和平大集会」运动存有「推翻政府」议程的前总警长韓聶夫，受委为「6人独立调查委员会」主席的消息公布后，全国哗然。政府委任一个对「428」已有「心证」的人领导「调查委会」，等同未审先判，其「独立性」备受质疑，是理所当然之事。
韓聂夫在职期间，是恶名昭彰的「茅草行动」决策人，在这项史无前列的逮捕行动中，共有 119 人被捕，3家报章的出版准证被吊销。1969 年发生 513 种族流血事件时，韓聂夫已担任雪兰莪总警长高职。
「独立调查团」的另一成员沈立强曾担任过沙巴/砂大法官，在林甘「影响司法丑闻」的审讯过程中，他身为「皇家调查委员会」的委员，竟在短片（证物）中映现被林甘提议授予旦斯里勋衔，引起争议。
「独立调查团」的其他成员为马来报执行编辑、世华媒体法律顾问、国大教授及国油公司总经理，就是没有律师公会、人权组织的代表。
「独立调查团」的公信力肯定会受到挑战！
