428 催泪弹是 709 的四倍！！！

看了这个报导很奇怪！
709 和 428 相差不到一年，道理上催泪弹的价格就算有差异，也距离不太远，所以我用 709 公开的催泪弹价格，粗略做了一个对比表。
细看这个表发现了好几个问题：
① 就如报导说的，428 的催泪弹是 709 的四倍！
问题就在，既然 709 的集会，人民不是暴民，那何以警方会预留多出 4 倍的催泪弹来应付 428 的大集会？也因为这样，更加印证了当时的镇暴部队就好像游行参与者所说的，镇暴队一直向人民逼近而完全没有给人民一个撤退的机会，一直促促逼人，是有预谋性的攻击行为！
② 催泪弹数目之多，影响范围之广，足以应付超过百万集中的人民，区区那 25 万人而已，动用到整千颗催泪弹，影响的不止于当时游行的集会人民，还有当天做生意的商店、酒店和办公楼！那么，那群控告安美嘉的 Pasar Malam 集会的土权，是不是也该控告警方？
③ 警方公布说 428 当天的的总花费是 180 万令吉，扣除了粗略估计的催泪弹开支，剩下整一百七十万令吉的款项去了哪里？镇暴部队的薪水？警车的车资？总司令的额外开支？扣留着的食宿？甚至是。。。外劳警察的 “零用钱”？
无论什么开支都好，內政部長拿督斯里希山慕丁总该让我们的老板们知道这一百万用在何处、用在哪一方面，对不对？不要再当我们这些老板们是 Robert 和 Lulu，好不好？？？
