An emotional video message to a worried mum-to-be who discovered her future child has Down's syndrome has captured the hearts of millions of people. The tear-jerking "Dear Future Mom" video - created to coincide with World Down Syndrome Day - has more than 2.5 million views on YouTube and tweets mentioning #DearFutureMom have been trending on Twitter. In the video, a woman writes a letter explaining she is scared about what kind of life a Down's Syndrome child can have. Young adults, who who have Down's syndrome, then respond to her fears and say that her child could expect to have a fulfilling and normal life, just like everyone else. The participants, who speak in a range of European languages, go on: "He'll be able to go to school, like everybody. He'll be able to learn to write. And he'll be able to write to you."  The video concludes with a message to the letter writer that she, too, will be happy, and shows the children hugging their mothers. The video was produced for CoorDown, which is the Italian Coordinator of the National Association of People with Down syndrome. Mirror
