The unsettling video and accompanying GIF of the ‘Noah’ star “unmasking” to reveal Sofia Vergara underneath is creeping its way around the internet. And it’s doing horrible things… The source of the gruesome find is actually a fan made video that first surfaced on YouTube in early March. Posted by user curveballbe, the footage featured the ‘Harry Potter’ actress removing a rubber mask and chest to become the Colombian model and actress Sofia Vergara. The uncomfortable 22-second clip is actually a clever CGI rework of a short video originally posted by YouTube user Kerry Johnson to an account associated with Maskon.com – a website focusing on “female masking”.  The practice of female masking – where men wear elaborate latex second skins of women to affect a female alter-ego – recently came to mainstream attention after bizarre Channel 4 doc ‘Secrets Of The Living Dolls’ followed a group of maskers. It made for brilliant, but nightmarish viewing. We were just getting over it, until this happened… Damn you Internet! Yahoo
