We were left shocked when it was revealed yesterday that Khloe Kardashian had reportedly bought Justin Bieber's $7.2 million Calabasas mansion, but according to new claims, Biebs is not the reason why the KUWTK star chose to buy that particular property. Khloe allegedly sees a lot of potential in Justin's former home and she can't wait to put her own mark on the place, following her split from ex husband Lamar Odom at the end of last year. An insider told HollywoodLife: “She’s happy with her decision,” adding: “Her move has nothing to do with Justin. “She saw that house as a place she’d like to live for a very long time and she’s smart because she knows that whenever she wants to sell, she’ll make a profit on it.”  Hopefully she won't get into as much trouble as Bieber did when he lived there, with the 20-year-old constantly being surrounded by driving offence speculation, with claims even suggesting that he spat at the people that lived close to him. With Kaley Cuoco buying Khloe's old place that she used to share with ex hubby Lamar, the insider goes on to say that Khloe is now ready to make Biebs' old property her own. “She’s going to put her Khloe touch on it and make it hers,” the source says. “She’s happy with her decision. She looked a bunch of places and decided on that one because of its amenities and close proximity to her family.”  And she's going to be REALLY close to some, if recent reports are true, with Khloe's sister Kourtney allegedly buying the house opposite Biebs' old place that once belonged to ex-NFL star Keyshawn Johnson.
