1st i amik kt clinic, tk pasti brand apa...i amik yg 500mg..pastu mkn brand naturelle, 1000mg...dh nk masuk 2 botol...
harga tu tuk 2 btol 49.90, kt watson...
erm...kesan dia bln 1st tu naik jerawat kt kiri n kana pipi....

Nak tanya siki kalau ada sesiapa yang mengetahui..i started taking Omega Fish Oil which also contains Evening Primrose Oil since November. . Not really sure what's the benefits of EPO -but have read somewhere that it is good for women's health -beauty etc:loveliness:
After taking those capsules for about a month, there was some changes in my menstrual circulations. Normally it's heavy for the first three days and normally last for about a week, but recently it came so little and dried up very fast, but then after about ten days, starting yesterday i am having my period again:mad: :mad: .
Would really appreciate some advise before i go for check up. Anyone has similiar experience?
Does EPO has any effects on menstrual circulations, etc.

Your situation is normal as it's only a month you consume it, later it will be back to normal and you can see that your skin texture will be beter. Don't worry la. as long as you follow the instructions
