Episode 1 traces the history of Panday (aka Flavio) and the start of his long-time feud with the devil's son and leader of an evil group Sombra Oscura - Lizardo. Lizardo kidnaps Panday's son and later on killed Flavio's wife Esmeralda right before his very eyes. Flavio then sought revenge and eventually killed Lizardo. But unknown to everyone in the town of Sto. Sepulcro, Lizardo's minions was able to survive a part of Lizardo's brain and they are in a quest to find the woman who can bring back Lizardo to life. Meanwhile, Flavio returns the dagger to where it came from - the church bell of the town and vanish from thereon.
Fast forward into the present world. Tristan's character was introduced apparently reading the Panday comics. Tristan is a laborer in a dock, which is owned by Eden, the heart of Panday.

Tristan and Eden finally met when Tristan accidentally got into Eden's car while running away from cops who dispersed the "beto-beto" match where Tristan was engaged in a "streetfight". Their second meeting happened when one of the pier boys, Boyet, met an accident and Tristan had to rush him to the hospital with the aid of n less than Eden who also volunteered all the hospital costs. Later on we found out that Eden was engaged to be married to young man (played by one of the Palanca brothers), who is a member of a group out to assasinate a senator. The assasination plot is to happen during their engagement party. During the party, Tristan happens to be there also because he had to drive his friend who was invited by one of the guests (I believed the girl was a prostitute). Tristan and the girl overheard Eden's boyfriend and a companion about the assasination plot. The girl runs towards the party area and informed everyone about it. Tristan saw Eden about to attend the party and told her about the plot. Eden runs to tell her parents who was in the party. Tristan tried to stop her and had no choice but to follow her. They reached the area just when the bomb strapped on Eden's boyfriend's body, was about to explode...

Panday Epi 3 [Guide]
After saving Eden from the explosion during her supposed engagement party, Tristan and Eden's relationship blossomed into something deeper. But of course, Eden's parents should get in the way. After all, who would want their daughter to end up with a poor kargador. Predictably, Eden opposed with her parents objections to her relationship with Tristan, prompting her to leave her parents and live together with her love in a poor man's shack. The consequence of this was of course Eden's parents forsaking their daughter. During Eden and Tristan's wedding, members of the Sombro Oscura led by Socur appear out of nowhere and snatched Eden from Tristan after giving him a nice little blow that knocked Tristan down. After regaining his consciousness, Tristan run after Eden and the bad guys that took her away.

Tristan is a good-hearted and courageous kargador who falls in love with the daughter of a wealthy family, EDEN. When the love of his life is kidnapped, he travels through different worlds in search of her.
In Sto. Sepulcro, he discovers the magic dagger of the Panday. He arms himself with this weapon in order to protect the people of Sto. Sepulcro from the evil SOMBRA OSCURAS.
Throughout his journies, Tristan is constantly challenged between his desire to rescue Eden and his empathy for the communities who are in danger from the evil of LIZARDO.

The daughter of a wealthy family, Eden prepares herself to take over the family business and to follow her parents' every desire. While working at the pier her family runs, she meets TRISTAN, a hard-working kargador. However, she is already engaged to another man, Alfred, who is the choice of her parents because of his family's wealth.
Even if she doesn't love him, Eden agrees to marry him for her parents' sake. Little did she know that Alfred has many dark secrets.
At the same time, Eden also slowly falls in love with Tristan, much to the dismay of her parents. Unbeknownst to her as well, she is also the woman the SOMBRA OSCURAS have been searching for. They need her in order to make the ressurection and reign of their lord, LIZARDO, complete.
