Hi semua... Berry nak join jugak...

Ok kena introduce dulu kan, emm baru je join gym friday haritu, 1 year contract lepastu hurm since friday gak tak sentuh nasi.. Just makan sayur or lauk je masa raya. And pagi2 normally makan mihun and dinner makan sup2 huhuh...


FYI, baru timbang kat gym hari jumaat 63kg .. And tadi timbang dlm 61kg.. huhu.. My weight was like 50kg je dulu (2 years back) haha,, tu masa final year kat uni. Now mencanak2 naik ha... And my tinggi is 162 cm...


So now i just letak my picture, dulu and sekarang,

Ha yang ni latest, Belah kiri gmbar raya aidilfitri, kanan gmbar tadi raya haji... huhuhu




Camne nih... Alignment semua da lari.. huhuh bencikk...


My aim, to reduce my weight to 50kg or maybe 48kg?? hihihi... and body yg menjadi igauan, Rozita Che wan.. hahahaha

sebelum balik kpg berat 81kg...

pagi tadi naik 83kg...

lemak2 ketupat, nasi dagang, lontong, nasi udang, sup daging, kek butter, kuih raya, rendang...semua mencanak naik.....

dah la tgh selsema nie...adoi.....camne nak senam..adoi....................

its normal berat naik lepas raya.. klu berat turun, ha tu tak normal hehe..

   faham..nak maintain lagi susah dr nak turunkan....
dulu penah cuba turunkan berat sampai jd slim..tapi tak jaga..skrg jd obesiti....

padan muka...

   balik kpg tadi..dh angkut semua cd2 erobik kt rumah....
ada mcm2....

ada zumba, ada cd tarian, cd kickboxing, cd Jullian Micheal, cd The Biggest Loser, P90X....

peh tu download siap2, bodyweight training dlm http://www.bodyrock.tv/

senaman dia memang hardcore.....high intensity..buat dlm 20 minit tapi peluh mengalahkan jogging...

    ha ha ha....utk pengetahuan en din...... i scuba diving...riding....swim  {:4_232:} . tapi kuat makan mcD ..tu la pasal berat naik skg ni rasa nya.....tapi dah 2 minggu tak usik mcD ...so far berat dah turun  sikit....skg dah 42kg... target nak 36kg lak...obes nak kurus lak... {:4_241:}

breakfast - half boil egg + nescafe + juice + buah2
lunch       - tak pernah ambil ..minum juice + buah
dinner       - kadang2 roti@ nasi + sup sayur + kicap....memang sejak dulu makan mcm ni ..(.daging ikan jarang2)
                 kadang2 juice dan buah (kalau tak makan nasi @ roti)

en din..rasa nya i bolleh jadi winner tak utk challenge ni....{:4_181:}

niiiice so skrg berat dah naik, lps ni kena la kerja utk usaha turunkan berat2 berlebihan tu.. buat mcm sorg top5 WLC ni bulan lepas, dia buat plan senaman... kdg2 dia termiss jugak follow plan tu hehe tapi rupanya dari bacaan saya, yg lebih penting ialah BUAT PLAN, follow plan tu perkara kedua.. sbbnya bila kita buat plan, kita dah bagi komitmen kpd diri sendiri & akan jadi lebih serius.. bila serius, result akan dtg

tu lah pentingnya aktiviti buat plan, follow tak follow tu perkara seterusnya ;)

hehe kalau ikut saya u ni underweight LZ, underweight pun tak elok utk kesihatan jgk.. tu psl saya nasihat tak perlu nk turun berat lagi. Klu u betul2 serius nak shape kan badan tu lagi, i suggest u join thread saya yg satu lagi iaitu Fat Loss Challenge, ia khusus utk org yg dah BMI 23 ke bawah je & utk turunkan peratus body fat je..

by da way syik dah bawak balik buku pasal weight lifting..nak ikut jadual dlm buku tuuu...kekeke...

sekarang nie dah 58kg...tension....

pg nie makan nasi minyak separuh++ayam gulai...

lunch xtau lagi nak makan ke tak..huhu...
