19# X-tra Special Secret Agent Coyote Smoulder is again on the job, tryingto protect us from supernatural bad guys. This time he must stop aglobular manifestation that spews green goo on its victims. This ofcourse does not harm them, but quickly disintegrates their clothes.Worst of all, 'Globbie,' as authorities have begun calling it, alwaysstrikes in public places!

Before Globbie attacks, it alwaystaunts its victims by asking them a riddle. If they cannot answer itquickly, it goos the poor souls, and quickly rolls away. Coyote findsthe creature in an outlet mall, where potential victims abound. It isasking a riddle of a group of people. Smoulder believes that if he cananswer it, Globbie will hesitate, giving the other agents time tocapture it using an anti-goo solution they have concocted. Globbie asks:

'I have a hand, only a fraction of the number you would expect, given my name. Each of you has 2 of me. What am I?'

CoyoteSmoulder quickly blurts out the answer, leaving the creature absolutely stunned. Other than the anti-goo, what is the solution to this problem?
