Ronaldo Looking Forward To Meet Inter

The Brazilian star would like to play against his former side in the next round of the Champions League.
Real Madrid defeated Roma 3-0 at the Olimpico on Wednesday night, and Ronaldo was able to shrug off the bad memories that this pitch had to him. In fact, in that same stadium the Brazilian forward had suffered a terrible injury and lost the Scudetto on the last matchday with Inter.
“Same dressing room, same pitch. I was a bit scared at first but then I stopped thinking about it and everything went well.
“It was important to score straight away because then it could have become complicated. After my goal we controlled the match well. After the 2-0 it was all downhill.”
For the next round of the Champions League, Ronaldo would now like to meet his former side Inter.
“It would be great to meet my ex team. However let’s see who we get. From now on, every match will be like a final.”

SIENA - Inter held Siena to a 2-2 draw in Sunday afternoon's Serie A TIM Week 15 clash at the Artemio Franchi Stadium thanks to a injury-time equaliser from Christian Vieri.
Adriano gave Mancini's men a 36th-minute lead from the penalty spot after Cambiasso was brought down by Portanova on the edge of the box. But the Siena defender made amends for his earlier mistake before half time with a headed equaliser from Chiesa's left-wing free kick.
The Nerazzurri were given a huge advantage early in the second half when Bianconeri captain Argilli was sent off for blocking a Vieri shot with his arm. But Adriano failed to convert a second penalty, his shot coming back off the right post after Fortin went the wrong way.
An aggressive ten-man Tuscan side took the lead three minutes from time when Flo popped up at the far post to head Chiumiento's left-wing free kick past Fontana. Then in a dramatic finale which saw four Inter strikers on the pitch, Christian Vieri outjumped his marker at the near post to head home Giorgos Karagounis' corner kick and extend the Nerazzurri's unbeaten run to 26 matches.
Inter's last competitive match before the two-week Christmas break is at home to Brescia next Sunday afternoon.
