chamwood ni u tak silap dia mcm sintetik kayu,penah baca kat brochure mana tah cakap... kayu(fibre, chipboards)+silikon+plastic etc, pastu jadi dough mcm playdoh pastu jadi kayu... |

i pernah tny my ID contractor..among all brands dia suruh pilih ROBINA though its malaysian product tp bagus in terms of quality dia sbb dia vacuum mate (kalau x silap spelling  ) yg protect liquid dr masuk ke dlm layer kayu tu....i dah tgk dia demo and mmg its good. Robina ade own factory in Perak/Pahang so if anything happen nak claim warranty senang. Kalau lain2 brand its more to branding jer yg lebih sbb tu mahal but quality/after sale service wise not really. And yes i've signing for Robina during HomeFair recently  |

hi... the price definitely depends on what type/design you beli...i amik yang jenis AVANT GARDE (E11 - Euroline) price i got during homefair is $6.50/sq. ft (orig price $8.50 that is what the SA told me)...ade yg cheaper than this as low as $5.50 kut...
but this price EXCLUDE the skirting, adaptation etc. so u got to be clear on this with yr quotation. |

Anyway, sesapa yg mls nak gi homedec dah boleh place deposit kat fd for the same price kat fd
disc hanya tuk floor, campur lagi rm1.9 dgn rm2 utk skirtg dan upah rasanya...
Pastu sa kata kalau living elok 12mm, tebal sket, bilik leh 8mm betui ke?

dina, ku pun tgh buat research lagi, ada terbaca pasal sick building & toxic environment bla bla bla hehehe....one thing derang ckp laminate flooring can be harmful, the quality of laminate depend on the resin they used, the best is E0, but i think in malaysia the close we can get is E2,..because of the emission from the resin, bayangkan kat tempat tertutup such as bilik tidur, kita inhale gas dari glue ni...
ok..that's may sound paranoid... one thing to consider is wether its using the click system or not....better opt for click system meaning that during instalation it uses the grooves called"click system" rather using glue (ni mas instalation la), i bet kebanyakan laminate flooring pakai click system skrg nih. the problem is kalau yg kurang kualiti , click system ni akan sebabkan bunyi, & sometimes uneven....depends on instalation gak kalau lantai bawah tak rata & installer tak buat something utk ratakan lantai before they lay the laminate. |
