Arsenal styl have to 15 august to make a bid for either motinho and velso 15million will be enough due to thier clause but everton have equalled this amount for motinho. If we do not sign any of the two players before 15 august then we wil have to play 2o million plus for velso and motinho. i dont think we will get any of these but instead sign ghanian midfielder Annan who is on a trial at arsenal this week he is a good replacement for flamini and blackburn had him on trial lst week but failed to occuir his services. he would cst in da region of 1.5million from stark. with Annan we will sign Micheal johnson from man city who on sunday 10th august rejected a new contract, he will cst in da region of 8million making our last 2 summer signings Annan + Johnson= 9.5 million

Who's the answer for defensive midfielder?

Wenger said he would go into the season happily without any more additions but would like to add a defensive midfielder if possible.
The team is fairly stable but one cannot ignore the little changes that have potential impact on the time it will take for this Arsenal team to really function at its peak. There has been no partnership up front even though Emmanuel Adebayor, Robin van Persie and Nicklas Bendtner are not new (we cannot assume that the team has an instinctive play with their attackers the way Man United will have this season from the stability of players last season).
That is the same with both wide midfielders although only Samir Nasri is new and then again the case in midfield since Mathieu Flamini left. Although Arsenal only have a small number of new players who will be in the starting 11 always |
