Nombor plat kenderaan terbabit kemalangan menang RM17 juta Sports Toto 4D Jackpo

PETALING JAYA: While many people who have won the 4D Jackpot game say their lucky digits were based on numbers that they connected with, a random accident and the typical slowing down to read the licence plates of the vehicles involved, has made a lorry driver richer by RM17 million.
The man from Perak, who did not wish to give his name, placed his bet on the vehicle numbers – 9503 and 5518 – from a car and motorcycle which had been involved in an accident early last week.
In the mid-week draw under Sports Toto on Aug 2, the two numbers came out as the second (9503) and third (5518) prizes in the regular 4D draw, making the 54-year-old punter an instant millionaire, according to a statement by Sports Toto.
“I saw the accident while I was on my way to work. Immediately I memorised the registration numbers of both vehicles, which were 9503 and 5518.
“Normally, I would only play Toto 4D but since I got a pair of numbers, I bet on the Toto 4D Jackpot,” he said, adding that he had been a lorry driver for more than 30 years.
Relating his feelings after finding out he had won millions of ringgit, the man said he knew it on the night of the Wednesday draw but carried on working the next day finishing his deliveries for the day.
On Friday, he went to Sports Toto’s headquarters in Kuala Lumpur to collect the cheque for RM17,098,898.35. Having played the Sports Toto 4D Jackpot on a System 4 – with two other numbers aside from the winning pair – he won a further RM672, as per the rules of the game.
“I had sleepless nights after the great news but I am so happy that I can use the money to pay off my debts as well as to pay for my children’s education,” he said.
Surprisingly, he also admitted that he would continue to work as a lorry driver.
The punter also becomes the second man from Perak to win the Sports Toto 4D Jackpot in a matter of six weeks. On June 24, a 56-year-old businessman from Perak won RM24.8 million. |

Mungkin bg rakyat marhaen dia org takde tempat nak cari wang lebih. Satu hari semalam ada 24 jam je. Nak kena tidur, rehat... berapa jam je boleh buat kerja lain utk tambah pendapatan.
Dia org bukan sapa2 yg tok arab boleh bagi derma senang2 berbillion ringgit.
Bukan berjawatan tinggi, hingga boleh songlap wang sampai tak tau mana nak simpan..
Hanya pemandu lori... hari2 kena kerja dan tempuhi kehidupan. Hasil upah pun nanti kena cantas utk bayar tax, bayar GST. Tetap jugak dia nak jadi drebar lori |
