Pada tahun 1862 King Wihelm I melantik Bismarck menjadi Minister President of Prussia. Beliau memegang jawatan itu sehingga tahun 1890 dan berehat sebentar pada tahun 1873.

Lepas ni sy akan refer otto as OVB.
