Sekadar minta pendapat

Saya dh kerja dlm satu company ni selama sebulan and I'm still have two month left of probation. Okay so suddenly I got family problem which make me had to resign way earlier that I suppose to so Saya bagi tahu supervisor Saya yang Saya akan berhenti dalam bulan depan just to inform her early before I give her one month notice and in the contact, it's stated I should give one month notice. I was intended to do so but then my supervisor told me "No need to wait for next month or give one month notice" she said. So I continue to like ask her if I could like berhenti semasa 2+ punya Hari bulan but then she suddenly said "I'm so sorry our manager has looking for someone to replace your position so tomorrow you can come to work and just give us 24 hour notice. Then I told my dad about it and he said if that what they asked so just give them the resignation letter then so I write it and print it and my supervisor texted me saying that I should come to work tomorrow full hours like from 8 am to 5.30 pm and I said okay since it's my last day. Then the next day, my manager didn't talked to me at all and my supervisor as well did the same. I feels like I'm invisible so I give my resignation letter to my supervisor and she just said okay without looking at me and it's continue until the day's end. Now I have been unemployed for I think two weeks now since I was asked to give my resignation letter on 14/8. I don't know if I still dapat my gaji because in the contract said "the company reserve the right to summarily dismissed you without notice or payment in lieu of notice if you found guilty of misconduct" so I want to know now do I still get pay for the day's I have been work there or not. Tolong beri pendapat kalian semua sebab Saya buntu...

Kamu tahu tak, kalau kamu beri resignation letter kepada company untuk resign dalam tempoh 24 jam, ada 2implikasi terhadap diri kamu sendiri, iaitu :

1. Kamu tidak berhak menuntut gaji atau sebarang ganti rugi berkaitan resignation kamu.

2. Company kamu mempunyai hak untuk menuntut "pampasan" dari kamu akibat resignation letter kamu dalam tempoh 24 jam.



Seelok-eloknya, sebelum serahkan surat resignation kamu berbincang dulu dengan HR.

yup,


mgkn supervisor / manager dia telah mempermain / manipulate employee yg belum confirm lagi ni,


so to be safe, lenkali kalo nak resign tempat yg belum konfirm, pasti kan dpt gaji dulu..

sepatutnya tanya HR dulu.
bos2 ni kekadang bukan aware pun pasal rules and regulations HR.
ni aku rasa dia mcm dipermain2kan je
dah le dia kata boleh hantar surat notis 24 jam, lepas tu mcm bos2 dia marah je kat dia
dah tu kata dah ada replacement
