Saje nk tanya pendapat korang, i ada sorang staff nk sambung belajar..dia tak nk berhenti dan request nk keje juga secara PJJ. Apa pndangan korang? patut ke byr gaji ataupn x? den tgh pening sb staff ni mmg bagus la.. |

Kalau keja PJJ macam wfh ke? Kalau applicable untuk job scope dia the ...

Klu partime n xganggu prestasi rasanya tade isu..infact comp huntong dpt manpower yg lebih terlatih.
Klu company byr, mcm spankee ckp kna tgk related tak dgn job scope pastu comp mungkin boleh bond bbrp tahun n hold dulu benefit lain like increament or bonus or medical.. |
