An arrogant and rude sales promoter

I believe the right attitude is important to be successful in business.Sales is about providing the much needed advice about the product you are promoting and selling.

I was at this new electrical shop in Jawi for its Grand first day opening sales. Unlucky enough to witness the unethical attitude of a young well-built promoter towards a customer.

He made mistake by uttering some wrong information. Upon checking with his superior/ supervisor, he was found at fault because he did not give the correct info. Anyway the arrogant and most untowards parts of it was the rude and unprofessional attitude he showed towards the client. I just couldn't feel sorry for the innocent lecturer whom I recognised and who was kind enough trying hard not to create a scene.

I just wonder what went wrong with the education for our future generation now. Couldn't they be gentle and brave enough to apologise when they are wrong. Hopefully it was only the wrong personality of this particular young promoter only. Sad to think any further....

if he not professional with his job, i bet his sales will be less along with his attitude. No worries
