Account Manager at ZENITH Business Park - Accounts Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION Account Executive by Paradise Group. Job Responsibilities: &#8226repare monthly full set of accounts, financial and management reports •Responsible for the daily accounting functions and month end closing •Ensure the accuracy of the trial balance and general ledger, including keeping accurate records of fixed assets, accounts payable, inventory and bank accounts •Ensure smooth and efficient running of accounting procedure and system •Ensure adherence to group policies •Assist in the implementation of process, procedures and internal control measures to ensure proper internal control system •Monitor all matters in relation to inter company transaction •Liaison with all level management as to ensure timely reports to the Management •To liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bank and other statutory bodies to ensure timely submission of statutory accounts to Government bodies and bankers •Undertake any ad-hoc assignment assigned by the Management as and when required Job Requirements: •Degree in Accounting or other equivalent qualifications •Minimum 3-5 years experience in handling Full Set of Accounts in Food and Beverage Industry •Familiar with UBS or MYOC accounting software will be an advantage •Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel •Ability to work under pressure with positive attitude and cope with given tight deadlines •Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status Working Location : Zenith Business Park,Kelana Jaya (Behind Paradigm Shopping Mall) Salary Range: RM4,500 - RM5,500 + EPF and SOCSO + Employee Benefits Interested candidates are requested to apply online, write-in or email your resume to [email protected] with email title \"Account Manager Paradise Group\" experiences, personal details and current & expected salary and attach together with a photo.
