some tips ..
Are you waking up on a Monday morning and not wanting to get up?
Or maybe the thought of going to work makes you feel sick?
If you find yourself nodding,
then the chances are that you are having the Monday blues.
That feeling of dread can make you feel really low,
and is certainly not good for your health.
It is a signal that you need to make a change.
There are scores of workers who get the sinking feeling on a Monday -- but why?
Well, Monday is considered the worse day of the week.
After all, it signals the end of a weekend and generally, marks the end of a holiday.
At the weekend, even if we spend it doing household chores,
we are free to do what we want to do and when.
The constraints and regulation of the week are banished.
There are some people who love Monday
and the thought of the challenges the week ahead brings gives them great pleasure.
On the other hand, there are people who, while they find Monday a chore, crack on happily for the rest of the week.
If you don't come into either camp,
you probably need to make a change.
But what can you do?
1. Banish negativity
Anything that starts off in your head "can't do", "shouldn't do" and "won't do",
are obviously signposting to something negative.
What are these things or tasks that they refer to?
Is it really true that you "can't do" something?
Maybe there is a task at work and you are struggling to complete it,
but don't fill with dread.
Look at how you can make the task simpler and if it is a huge project,
break it down into manageable size tasks -- or even ask for help.
Try and turn these negatives into positives and control your thoughts before they belittle you.
2. Make lists
Planning and preparing your work load can be one of the best things to do.
Being organised and knowing what you have to do makes you feel more in control and less likely to be negative.
3. Do things which make you happy
What puts you in a good mood and relaxes you?
Yes, you may have got up reluctantly on a Monday morning,
but try and make the negative feelings you have stop there.
Maybe sitting in bed and reading a book or watching the TV with a cup of tea,
or maybe putting on some of your favourite music could help you relax
and put more of a spring in your step.
Plus, it will take your mind away from the Monday morning experience.
4. Look forward
Monday mornings may well feel like the biggest strain,
but look forward to the things you like doing.
Have you got a special occasion coming up?
A holiday?
A big night out with friends?
Remember, you can only do these things if you are earning money -- well, most of us anyway!
== ==
Think of Monday blues as mind over matter
and try not to let it get you down --
it is just for a few hours and then you'll be up and away for the rest of the week.
If it isn't however, and you've tried everything
and still get the same feeling, then maybe it is time to look at whether you are really happy in your job or career choice

dgr war speech by khal drogo of Game of Throne
walaupon maknanya tak berapa cantik.. tapi the intensity penyampaian dia mmg bagus buat pemangkin utk rasa malas dan sebagai permulaan senaman, termasuk aktiviti sukan..
I watch this speech right before every Physics, Organic Chemistry, or Genetics test. I will rape the shit out of recombinant DNA and DC circuits, that I vow.
