Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts or components via fitting, building or reconstruction of various parts to ensure smooth process of component amalgamation and quality finished product.
• Read and understand schematic diagrams, blueprints, product manuals, process documents, drawing diagrams, reading diagrams, and gather information regarding its parts, fixtures, tools, etc.
• Set up, arrange and operate equipment or machines as per the specifications and instructions given by the superior.
• Train and motivate team members and new recruits to achieve production target and quality output.
• Perform regular tests and inspection procedures to ensure that the product is formed in accordance with given specifications and update results to superior for further analysis or action (if required).
• Identify and implement improvement by conveying it to the senior personnel to maintain highest quality of product assembly.
• Ensure timely assembly of products to maintain efficiency and keep abreast with production targets.
• Monitor, maintain, and repair the equipment as per the requirements and to ensure good team work by constantly keeping in touch with supervisor, quality analyst and other senior members.
  

Requirement:

• Diploma in Mechatronics /Mechanical /Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Possess minimum 2-5 years of work experience in an electronics/ mechanical assembly line.
• Able to operate AutoCAD software to assist senior in building new diagrams/ products.
• Self-starter, motivated to grow with the company and is interested in training junior technicians/ assembly staff.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Always demonstrate healthy initiative in attending to tasks given or solving technical malfunctions.
