makanan apa yg dijadikan sebagai sarapan lebih menyelerakan??

nak bersarapan tapi takde selera nak makan pula.apakah makanan yg boleh membuka selera pada waktu pagi?

yg panas2 macam nasi goreng, bubur nasi, nasi lemak daun pisang

kalau travelling pastu tido hotel ai suka western style breakfast macam roti bakar makan dengan butter n jem, omelet / telur dadar ada isi cendawan, diced tomato, sausage cincang etc, creamy scrambled egg, hash brown, potato lyonnaise, baked beans, yoghurt, cereal with fresh milk dan macam2 lagi

kaka tak biasa makan pagi
normal lah nescafe tu, tapi kalau time2 lapar
makan instant oat or a slice of bread or biskut kering

I pg2 mmg tade seleraaaa je...susah btol nak mkn...tp di sebabkan breakfast very important meal..iols invest makan herbalife je every morning...lpstu by lunchtime iols dh ada selera sikit br mkn nasi...

Depends pada orang...kalo org tu badan x cukup air and fat % tinggi U kene minum air byk sampai fat level and water level stable...

waffle panas2 sedap dan lgi murah buat sendiri.. apam balik pun senang ja nak buat ataupun roti john.. smua ni sedap mkan panas2.. senang aja nak buat semua ni
