makanan apa yg dijadikan sebagai sarapan lebih menyelerakan??

nak bersarapan tapi takde selera nak makan pula.apakah makanan yg boleh membuka selera pada waktu pagi?

yg panas2 macam nasi goreng, bubur nasi, nasi lemak daun pisang
kalau travelling pastu tido hotel ai suka western style breakfast macam roti bakar makan dengan butter n jem, omelet / telur dadar ada isi cendawan, diced tomato, sausage cincang etc, creamy scrambled egg, hash brown, potato lyonnaise, baked beans, yoghurt, cereal with fresh milk dan macam2 lagi |

tapi hari2 biasa ai mmg takde masa nak sarapan.. selalunya minum milo kat opis sajork |

kaka tak biasa makan pagi
normal lah nescafe tu, tapi kalau time2 lapar
makan instant oat or a slice of bread or biskut kering

I pg2 mmg tade seleraaaa je...susah btol nak mkn...tp di sebabkan breakfast very important meal..iols invest makan herbalife je every morning...lpstu by lunchtime iols dh ada selera sikit br mkn nasi... |
