Lor Bak ialah isi ayam yang digaul dengan rempah ratus dan kemudian digulung di dalam kulit tauhu (foo chuk) sebelum digoreng. Lor bak selalunya dihidangkan bersama sos cili merah yang pedas.

Chicken Lor Bak Recipe
500 gm chicken leg cut into strips
1 nos small turnip dice
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 tablespoon five spice powder
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ cup corn flour
Bean curd skin
Salt to taste
Method
1. Add all the ingredients together except the bean curd skin, turnip and the corn flour.
2. Keep in the fridge overnight to marinate.
3. Next day dice the turnips and add the in.
4. Roll out the bean curd skin to about 1 square foot, spoon some of the chicken mixture onto the center (like doing a spring roll).
5. Roll it up like a candy wrapper with the sides twisted like a ribbon. Mix a little of the corn starch with a little water, and use it as glue to stick the bean curd skin together.
6. Return to freezer and let it set for about 1 hour. You want it firm not frozen.
7. Heat up oil in a wok to medium heat.
8. Fry till skin is nice and crispy. Strain on kitchen towel.
9. Cut and serve with your favorite chili sauce.
