Menu Sahor: Telur Rangup di luar cair di dalam

Nak ikutkan, semakin menjelang raya ini, menu sahor kita memang tak berapa nak meriah seperti mula-mula minggu bersahor. Balik-balik asyik menu yang sama sahaja... janganlah gitu, jom kita buat resipi telur ini. Bukan sahaja membangkitkan selera tetapi juga pastinya memberi tenaga kepada kita berpanjangan

Resipi Telur Rangup Krup Krap:

Bahan-Bahan Breadcrums (dikisar)

  • Roti
  • Daun parsley, Rosemary, Whole spices
  • Tyme
  • Sedikit Garam
  • Bakar didalam ketuhar selama 10 minit


Cara pembuatan

1. Rebus telur dalam periuk (dibuang kulit)
2. Pecahkan telur dan kacau.
3. Salutkan berselang-seli di antara tepung, telur dan juga breadcrums.
4. Goreng.
