- Provide customer service support and general enquiries
- Handle inbound calls / not telemarketing
- To assist customer needs and wants regarding company's product
- Provide solutions for customer's complaint.
Requirements:
SPM / Diploma / Degree holder with experience ( Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply ) Excellent communications in English Fast learner and able to adapt in-house systems. Good personality and typing skills. Excellent in time management and able to multi task.
