Responsibilities:
· Involvein roadshows, sales blitz, customer referrals and perform outbound calls toprospective customers to introduce and promote Company's products with the endobjectives to close sales.
· Applythe principles of objection handling, sales tenacity and customer focused.
· Provideexcellent customer service and maintain high level of service andprofessionalism at all times.
· Tohandle customer issues (if any) which may arise during or after sales and toescalate any issues to the Sales Manager to avoid customers dissatisfaction onany disputes ie misrepresentation
· Toensure that all completed and accurate application forms are submitted and also focus on quality of workand reduced defects in all submissions
· Toattend all trainings provided by the bank and adequately knowledge-able of thekey features, benefits & risks of the Personal Financing product.
· Toensure compliance to all operating & regulatory guidelines, sales practice,etc
Requirements:
· MinimumDiploma with 1 year working experience in Sales and Marketing field.
· Ableto communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
· Strongpersuasion skills and negotiation skills.
· Mustbe result oriented, self-driven and able to work under minimum supervision.
· Possessown transport.
