cuma tak banyak kajian yg ada scientific evidence tu support it
Yelah..kebanyakan kajian dijalankan di barat

Another interesting fact yg i pernah baca
Most of the western studies are funded by companies yg nk promote product diaorg/hentam product org lain
We have been fed by western that minyak kelapa sawit byk kolesterol n all these vegetable oils are superior etc
Tp lately kan ada study showed yg vegetable oil sebenarnya tk stabil utk digoreng.
Ada carcinogenic effects.. can cause cancer

memang sejak dari kecil kita sudah diperkenalkan dengan pemakanan yang baik sebenarnya, diajar makan kurma, kekacang, buah tin, delima, kismis, madu dan sebagainya.

Iolls makan kismis and kurma. Kurma tu sekali makan boleh makan tujuh biji kadang tk sedar makan mcm snack.

Pernah jadikan pati delima brand Guls** makanan harian. Lepas few month pergi check up, kandungan gula dalam darah tinggi. Inform doctor then doctor cakap ni bukan first case dia dapat tahu, brand yang sama pulak tu. Dia suruh stop makan.

First thing in the morning selepas bangun tidur je ,  selalu ambil warm water with lemon...

Then sebelum breakfast mesti ambil madu  & kurma....  Dah bertahun amalkan macam ni. So far what I notice is selain dari menghindar  from my gastric , memang a very good antibody for me..

Contoh -----> dulu2 kalau batuk mmg teruk & mengambil masa  lama nak baik  but now Syukur Alhamdulillah hardly dapat batuk .

Another thing I took before taking something heavy is my oats... To avoid rasa muak is sangai  dulu oats tu kasi garing sikit. Then mesti campur dgn badam yang juga telah di sangai dulu...so dpt rasa crunchy badam tu.  I took it with low fat milk & campur lah lagi dengan lain2 condiments eg kismis , walnut , chia seeds etc etc      Kalau terasa nak masam2 sikit campur lah dgn berries kering ( jgn byk sbb kdg2 manis sgt )

All the nuts tu org kampung tak berapa nak mkn selain kurma dan kismis.  Mereka lebih kepada sarapan berat seperti nasi,  mee,  pendek kata carbo lah,  pernah baca artikel mkn budu pon boleh jadi pandai.  As utk memory org kampung ( ai refer pada tuk nenek kita yg masih kuat ingatan)  yg mengamalkan mknan rebus,  masak air,  tak mkn proces foodn mkn sayuran hutan without  chemical( baja n racun serangga)  Itik ayam yg takda injection.. Those yg healthy.  So ai percaya food yg chemical free not only nuts,  dates,  kismis tu lebih menyumbang pada otak yg sihat n cerdas.  Ada different  if u amik lebih sugar,  lebih lemak n fat free.  Body reaction jadi lain

Kuaci
kaya dgn magnesium, vitamin E, folate, selenium... okay apa

Aku boleh makan sunflower seeds bertimbun-timbun tiap hari. otak pon tak stress bila makan kuaci.. sambil kerja makan kuaci, sambil tgk tv makan kuaci..

cuma sunflower seeds yg dijual agak tinggi dgn sodium. ni my main concerns.
tapi kalau beli yg dah dikopek rasa tak de thrill. Thrill kopek kuaci tu yg buat otak aku lebih  meriah kot

For my family pagi sebelum pergi sekolah or kerja kami amalkan makanan sunnah,( kurma ), tp malan kami makan vitamin hehe, semua ambil skali...

Sebab tu lah para ibu mengandung disyorkan makan makanan2 mcm kekacang, kismis dan jus delima untuk kesihatan  janin kan.
