Salary RM 3000 - RM3500
Job Description- Manage retail staff in all outlets that is directly under the company
- Monitor store displays, updates on new products and services including updating the information to dealers outlet .
- Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees and their job performance.
- Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock and keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
- Organize and distribute staff schedules.
- Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets and assist them in handling customer questions, complaints, and issues.
- Submission of daily /weekly/monthly reports on outlets performance.
Job Requirement- Creative, inspired and young spirited youth keen in photography
- Strong interest in Art & Craft
- Good communication skill, English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in similar role will added advantage
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
