SalaryRM 2300-RM 2500
Job Description- To handle all business/commercial enquiries for both local, inbound and outbound activity in relation to Office & Industrial Relocation
- Preparing Quotations; Invoices; Delivery Order’s; Insurance Certificates and to manage, as well as maintain these in the company proprietary database
- Creating, maintaining and managing the updates of job files in line with the disciplines required by company
- Managing documentation once job is booked and releasing it to sub-contractor or operation.
- Regular follow-ups to ensure booking of each relocation opportunity, collectively with the commercial Project Manager
- Ensure Sales Follow-ups and the sales pipeline are well managed administratively
Job Requirement- A mature, experienced and an administratively inclined person
- A reasonably healthy individual with a pleasant disposition and whom is a team player
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written
- Good typing skills and competence in the use of MS Office tools (word, excel and powerpoint) is an essential
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar type role/function is an added advantage
- Must have own transport
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
