RM2800 – RM3200

Job Description
  • Responsible for providing support and execution in various areas of admin, office maintenance and cleanliness, finance PO creations and travelling arrangement.
  • To ensure office maintenance and cleanliness are being taken care.
  • To create finance POs and ensure payments are made on time.
  • To provide travel arrangement for managers and visitors.
  • To assist Assistant Manager HR in preparing reports and coordinating training.
Job Requirement
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 2 – 5 year’s Admin experience
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate well with people of different levels.
  • Computer literate & Problem solving skill.
  • Prefer Female
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
