Job Description

• Key support to FC in managing the GL team to perform financial reporting for the company.
• Ensure that equity shareholdings, legal and statutory requirements are maintained at all time to satisfy condition set by local authorities.
• To maintain an internal control structure and to ensure that the country’s books and records are fairly stated, and fulfill audit and local tax requirement. This includes co-coordinating the yearly audit and tax submission exercise.
• To maintain a record of service agreements between local and other countries within the Company and to ensure proper documentation of agreements on shared services.
• To ensure that Corporate Reporting requirements on period close, quarterly package and year end external audit package are submitted on time.
• To supervise the team to ensure fully supportive of respective process owners requirements including setting up of cost centers, setting up of allocation tables in SAP, clearing of ICO and all expects of regional and corporate reporting queries and requirements.
• Promote awareness and full compliance of Group’s Policy Operating Manuals (POMs).
• Support centre’s projects and process improvement initiatives.
  

Job Requirement

• Degree holder – Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Finance or holder of a recognized professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA & etc.)
• Minimum 5 years related / commercial experience in accounting and finance field in various industries.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Advance knowledge of usage of Web reports and SAP will be added advantage.
• 1-2 years good leadership skill
• Good in Full Set of account come with Audit and Tax exposure
