Multiple sources claim that Chinese cops are beating Hui Muslims & demolishing mosques in Weishan County, Yunnan Province. in 1975, the Chinese committed a widely-praised massacre in that province which decimated several Hui villages. In the last few years, China has tightened control on Huis in Yunnan by expelling scholars, shuttering seminaries, restricting halal food, jailing publishers & arresting those who help refugees flee.
